Around Black Dog Farm
Base Glamp and Black Dog Farm are just a ten minute drive from Killorglin town, which connects you with the Wild Atlantic Way and The Ring of Kerry routes. Killarney is a 20 minute drive, The Dingle Peninsula, which takes you past Inch Beach on your way to Dingle town and the famous Slea Head drive is about 40 minutes to Dingle.
Both the Dingle Peninsula and the Iveragh Peninsula are equally stunning and both worth a days drive and adventuring. Visit ancient beehive huts, tour out to the famous Skellig Islands to see puffins, hike to ancient faerie forts, ride up the Gap of Dunloe by horse and jaunting car, cycle or hike all through Killarney National Park, shack up on a sandy beach for the day or hike to numerous mountain summits and add your own stones to the cairns along the way, the list just goes on and on!

Beaches, Lakes and Rivers
County Kerry offers so many water adventures, it would be hard to list them all! From the numerous stunning beaches along the Wild Atlantic Way and the Ring of Kerry to the magnificent mountain lakes, rivers and waterfalls that surround, Kerry is ideal for outdoor adventures. Make sure to check out Inch Beach and have a surf lesson or rent gear from Kingdom Waves! A drive through the mountains over Blackstone Bridge and around Caragh Lake can lead you towards another beach in Glenbeigh called Rossbeigh Beach. Touring the Gap of Dunloe and boating down through the Lakes of Killarney into Killarney National Park will make for an adventure full day.
